Women's open shoes: the darling of kizomba, batchata and salsa dancers
At ezabel, we choose open dance shoes so that your toes don't slip out of the shoe. In fact, the opening is tight enough to hold your foot in place, whatever the heel height. Open toe dance shoes can be worn summer or winter, as they are often more festive and elaborate. They are available in black, gold, silver or nubuck leather, in a variety of colors to match your women's dancewear. Open toe dance shoes are best worn with footless dance tights, but we also have fishnet tights with the big toe exposed for a more aesthetic look. The sides of the shoes are sometimes closed with transparent fishnets to give a more open effect.

Women's closed toe dance shoes: the favorite for tea dances and popular balls
Seasonality aside, women's closed-toe dance shoes are best worn in winter. They offer greater protection for the foot, especially if you frequent places where dancers are beginners. They also make it easy to wear women's dance tights. You can also opt for a comfortable dance shoe with a small heel from 1.5 cm to 5 cm high. Closed-toe shoes, like open-toe models, come in leather or nubuck with an infinite palette of colors. The salomé shoe is a sure bet for all beginner dancers for waltzes, tcha-tcha, paso doble...

Dance shoe with 7 to 8 cm heel for tango or heels dance
If you're not yet a tango or heels dancer, you can opt for a dance shoe with a 6 to 6.5 cm high heel. Even if you're wearing shoes with a stiletto heel between 7 and 8 cm, our shoes are suitable for dancing, offering your foot flexibility and plenty of comfort. High shoes are generally open-toe.
For weddings, we recommend lower heels of between 5 and 6.5 cm, because remember, you'll be on your feet all day. If you want to make the most of the evening's dancing and not end up in sneakers, you'll want to go a little lower. Booties are very much in vogue for heels dancing.
On the other hand, for swing or rock, dance shoes are low, with heels ranging from 1 cm to 4.5 cm. Dance sneakers are also suitable, offering excellent cushioning.
We offer men's dance shoes for standard dances in leather.

How do I care for my dancing shoes?
First of all, most of our shoes have a strap that adjusts to the instep and closes with a snap. If the adjustment holes are insufficient to fit your strap, you can ask your shoemaker to add some.
The leather sole allows your shoes to glide over dance floors. As a result, most dance shoes can only be used on floors designed for dancing. If you plan to use your shoes outdoors, you should consider having them resoled by a shoemaker.
Finally, to keep your soles looking their best, we recommend that you scrape off the leather crust with our wire brush after every dance. Our various accessories will help prolong the life of your shoes.
Dance the night away without foot pain
It's often forgotten, but ballroom dancers need to take the same care of their feet as classical dancers. Self-massage is essential to prepare your feet for long, intense exercise. We offer a range of self-massage accessories to stimulate blood circulation, so you can feel good in your shoes!
Painful feet can also be hallux valgus or any other foot deformity. So don't hesitate to buy our foot accessories to protect your feet.
