General principle
To benefit from the loyalty program, you must create a customer account with an active email address and a cell phone number.
In store, we create your customer account for you.
To log in, simply use your email address and press the password reminder, if you don't remember your password or if you don't know it. A new password will be generated by email in a few minutes: be patient and remember to check your spam box
Loyalty program
1 € of purchase = 1 point
Each time you check out in store, or purchase Fitness, Dance or Pilates Yoga products online, your customer account is credited with additional points. You can find the balance of your acquired points on your personal space in the "My Rewards" section.
You must earn a minimum of 100 points to use your loyalty points. Loyalty points allow you to obtain a discount in the form of a single voucher for a purchase of minimum 200 €. The voucher can not be paid in cash, credit card or bank transfer. There is no "refund" of points in cash even if you have not used them. The voucher is valid for 3 months.
- If you are a customer of the Mulhouse shop*, remember to show proof of membership to your club, pilates or yoga studio, dance school, association... The loyalty program can be combined with any discounts you may have if you are a member of one of these organizations. To know more about it, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
- If you are a professional, i.e. a pilates, dance or fitness instructor, you can also combine the Loyalty Program with our specific professional pricing. To do this, before placing your order, you can create your customer account by indicating the SIRET number and the exact address of the structure. Please note that only professionals related to Dance, Yoga, Pilates or Fitness are taken into account. If you are another professional who has no direct link with the activity of Ezabel Fitnesswear, you will not be able to benefit from the professional rates. It may take several days before the account is verified and validated.
*Store customer loyalty accounts will be re-credited with their loyalty kitty from their old account as soon as the customer visits the store. A line "Reprise Old Loyalty Account" will then be visible.
Refer a friend
Still from your customer account, you have access to the "Refer a friend" section. From there you can sponsor your friends, students or any other person.
As a sponsor, you will receive a 10% discount for each person you refer who places an order of at least 30 €.
Your referrals will receive a 5% discount on their purchases on the site
