The Heritage dance pointe is inspired by Russian Ballet heritage with its deep V-shaped vamp with convertible dance tights, elongating the aesthetic line of the foot. The cambrion is designed to be flexible, durable and supportive on pointe, making it an ideal dance shoe for rehearsal and stage. The medium stiffness shank promotes foot articulation and helps the dancer reach the midfoot. The flat crease under the box creates a smooth surface and better stability for a running step, walking step or flat footed stance. The rounded shape of the heel has a reinforcement built into the lining. This gives the dancer a secure feeling and helps maintain the shape of the shoe in both classic and pointe positions. In addition to your toe pads for foot protection, there is a soft sponge pad inside the box at the platform that serves as a shock absorber, offering extra comfort and protection in the pointe position. Different colors of satin are available for this pointe. Indeed, the Heritage pointe is traditionally available in pink satin, but it is now also available in other skin tones. How can you be sure that your skin tone matches the shade of your pointe shoes? Depending on your abilities, you may be asked to dance with the European Balance Pointe instead. Once the fitting is completed and your pointe chosen, we will find together from the skin color ribbons the best shade to order your pointe tone. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately: I suggest the sewing kit which includes the essentials to prepare your pointe.
